Vinted Users Express Displeasure Over Sizing Modifications
Members of the platform have expressed outrage following a change that caused products showing incorrect sizing.
This online marketplace has revised its measurement guidelines for women's and children's clothes failing to inform all users about the change.

Countless users and merchants are expressing on platforms stating that platform listings now display an altered size classification versus the original listing as a result of the reclassification.
The company said the revised method more closely matches comparable marketplaces.
The platform has recommended to check their listings and update the measurements by hand when needed, which has left users frustrated.
Sizing System Updates
Earlier, the sizing featured one number and one letter, like S/8 or M/10.
The revised method features a letter and a range such as S/UK 8-10.
In some cases, the sizing has been recategorised - for example a size L was formerly size 12 but now shows as UK 16-18.
User Experiences
A fashion influencer, who produces content about larger sizing, stated the update "complicates both purchasing and selling".
"Few clothing companies classify XL as 20-22," which is what Vinted now does.
A different member, based in Glasgow, said garments she listed featuring size 14 markings were appearing on the platform as measurements 20-22.
"If anyone [who is] size 20-22 buys them they may become frustrated," she said.
Required Changes
Charlotte Lunn, from Derby, stated she felt frustrated due to the update requiring manual adjustment the measurements for "each individual item".
"This situation is especially annoying, since I have chronic health issues and platform income has been essential after experiencing income reduction," she said.
Platform Context
The platform boasts over 100 million users, with 18 million British users.
It has become a favored option compared to resale services such as eBay and Depop.
This isn't the first time that an unexpected update within the service has received backlash: earlier, the platform withdrew an update to its shipping options after backlash from users.
